What is mattwood.fyi?

A live, structured feed of riffs and links from Matt Wood, Chief AI & Technology Officer at AWS — readable by people and queryable by agents as a typed knowledge graph.

Is there an API and is it free?

Yes. A public, read-only query API is available with no authentication and no API keys. See https://mattwood.fyi/openapi.json and https://mattwood.fyi/docs.

How should an AI agent use this site?

Fetch https://mattwood.fyi/feed.json for the full structured feed, or query the API for keyword/semantic search and the connection graph. See https://mattwood.fyi/agents/ for when-to-use guidance.

Connections

Related to

Unreal Agent: Cost-Efficient AI Agent Harness Both focus on agent execution harnesses with performance/cost efficiency as a core value proposition — Unreal Agent targets token cost reduction while Pine Computer claims 2-5x speed gains in cloud execution
Tuios: Terminal Window Manager for AI Agents Both address infrastructure for AI agents: Tuios manages terminal windows for agents locally while Pine Computer provides cloud-hosted execution environments — complementary approaches to the same agent runtime problem
Muse Wonder: Meta's Frontier AI Model for Personal Agents Both are cloud-based platforms designed for AI agents to autonomously operate across applications — Pine Computer focuses on browser/web task execution infrastructure while Muse Wonder focuses on personal agent coordination

Supports

What Even Is An OS Now? Pine Computer embodies the question 'What Even Is An OS Now?' — it redefines the operating system concept as a cloud AI execution environment rather than a local software layer, directly illustrating that article's thesis
Raven: Multi-Agent Ecosystem for Composable AI Intelligence Pine Computer's multi-application autonomous task execution infrastructure directly enables the kind of composable multi-agent ecosystem Raven describes, providing the compute substrate for complex agent workflows
Thinking Before Thinking: Scaling Agentic Inference Through Meta-Reasoning Pine Computer's architecture for autonomous complex task completion across applications creates the execution environment where meta-reasoning and agentic inference scaling (as discussed in that paper) would be deployed

OpenStick: Open-Source AI TV Stick Both are hardware platforms designed specifically to run AI agents/models — Pine Computer offers cloud AI compute while OpenStick brings AI agent capability to HDMI TV sticks, competing approaches to accessible AI hardware

Challenged by

Running Large LLMs on Mac Studio with MLX and RDMA Pine Computer's cloud AI platform model is challenged by demonstrating that local Mac hardware clusters can run trillion-parameter models competitively via RDMA networking
